TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RETTIG REPORT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rettig Report and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will cease
• We may delete your account and data after a reasonable period
• Our respective rights and obligations will survive as appropriate

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rettig Report is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must discontinue use of the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
